We Require That Every Trainer Has A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Hands On, Practical Experience And Holds At Least One Certification From A Leading Training Organization Such As The National Strength And Conditioning Association (Of America), The National Academy Of Sports Medicine (USA) And American Council On Exercise (ACE). In Addition, Many Of Our Trainers Are Current Or Former Trainers From Some Of The Most Prestigious Fitness Clubs (Equinox, Crunch, Life Fitness, Etc.) in New York City.
Furthermore our trainers are hand picked and vetted with backgrounds and certified in pilates, yoga as well as personal training that utilizes the four factors that I feel that are essential to women over 50 years old: strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance all fused into one workout.
